Kuya's home! And he looks great! Things are back to normal. My family will soon be complete. Mum's coming home mid feb in time for the delivery of the twins. Sooooooo excited. Dad's coming home for their baptism. Yey! This is definitely going to be a good year.

While we were laughing and catching up with what we've missed, Ate Leslie grabs my hand and places it on the top part of her tummy. I wait in excitement. And then...toinks...I feel a tiny bump quickly tap my hand. Yes, i screamed. First time e. Nakakatuwa. It's alive!!!!!! lol. Ate says, "pwet nya yon." Ngek. Ang tambok. Ang likot. lol. I love it! I love it! Next time sipain nyo ko mga kids ha? lol. I'm going to be an auntie! So proud. lol.

And so it begins. It's Ron's first night in his apartment. Nakakalungkot. Not used to him not being around. Sometimes he's a big baby and needs someone to be with. We all do. It was hard letting him go this morning when he hugged and kissed me goodbye. I tried to hold on to him as long as I could. How I miss my baby. Thank goodness for Sun Cellular's unlimited call and text. lol. But it's ok. It's all for the best. We'll see each other tomorrow. It's gonna be a happy day. Kuya's coming home! Yey! Can't wait! Yipee! Yahoo! Wahoo! Whoopee! Yey!!!!!!!!! lol.

so long santa claus!

We dropped off Amang Nestor, Auntie Tuli and Mercedes at the airport today. Wonder when i'll see my Santa Claus look-alike uncle again. Hopefully he'll be back for my wedding. Teehee!

Jan. 26. Joey's birthday. He's 31 now. Spent the day with Amang Nestor. Lunch in the small bahay kubo right by Manila Bay. Stuffed ourselves til we were sick. lol. It was the perfect weather to lounge by the pool. No sun. Cool breeze. I nearly fell asleep until the sun came out. Oh well. It was a good day. Always a good day when you're with family. Even better when you have family and food at the same time. lol.

Jan. 24. Ron's 26th birthday. Wasn't able to call him at 12mn like I usually do coz his phone was out of network coverage (or something). I was happy that he was with his family but i missed him so much. Not used to being without him on his bday. Ron drove to Manila so we could be together. Though he got home before I did (we took Amang Nestor to see his high school classmates), he wasn't mad. I'm betting it was because Ginebra was winning the game. lol. Such a die hard fan my Ron-Ron. After the game, we went with Joey to pick up Amang Nestor and drop him off at Manila Hotel. He offered to buy Ron a beer or two which Ron gladly accepted. We headed home at around 11:30 after a gazillion of Amang Nestor's stories. All's well that ends well. Happy birthday ulit babe! Alabyu!

Oh yeah! And Ron finally agreed that our wedding would be in December of 2008. Yey! Perfect! And so the wedding plans begin. lol. Good luck.

Told Russ that I wanted her to be one of my photographers aside from the official photographer. I think she does great shots. It'll be good motivation for her to save for her dream camera. The Canon EOS 350D. Yey! Excited na ko. lol.

Phooey

Yesterday was horrible. And I decided I wasn't going back. There was no training. They expected us to know everything. Nobody was actually really there to help us. It was a horrible first day. I'll look for a job elsewhere. So I made another wrong decision. Who cares. I'll keep looking.

Helped Ron move in to his own apartment today. He picked me up after I went to mass with Joey and Ate Leslie. Hadn't realized how much I dreaded this day until a couple of days ago. Cried a bit last night. Cried a lot when Ron picked me up. lol. Kinda felt silly. But most of me was just really sad. Anyway, Ron was a bit of an ass joking how he'd miss this and that from me. He quit when he finally noticed a started crying after each joke. lol. Anyway, buti na lang, hindi tuloy today and paglipat nya. Postponed muna. Thanks to the land lady's maid who ripped her off and ran away with her money and didn't clean Ron's apartment before he moved in. Also thanks to the previous tenant who asked for only a screen for the windows and not grills. And thanks to the land lady who also didn't have a decent lock for the door. lol. Ron will be moving out of our place once the apartment is cleaned, and when the grills for the windows and dead bolt lock for the door are secured. Til then, I'll be savoring every moment of being with Ron every day until he moves out. Maybe I'll be ready by then. lol.

I'm early to bed today. Training starts tmrw. 6am. Ouch. Sooo early. I'm excited and nervous. Hope the people are nice. Wish me luck!

New Job

Applied at Gamepal.com yesterday at Ortigas. With Abba, Russ and Andie. Just one interview. And we were all accepted. All 3 of us signed up. Russ was still hesitant. she still has alot of factors to consider with her current job as well as what gamepal has to offer. Anyway, my sched's pretty much normal. 6am-3pm. Monday-Friday. I'm happy with that. At least that gives me time to be with my family and Ron. Andie and I are on the same shift. Same rest days too. If you're wondering what happened to Voisworx, well, they're just taking too long for the CSR account. They offered us telemarketing. Hell no. That's suicide. lol. Anyway, we start on Monday. Hope all's well. I hope my commute isn't too tiring. Maybe I should really learn how to drive and get a license. lol.

Subic 07

Had a blast at Subic last weekend with Ron's family. The last time we did this was 3 years ago with Ate Weng, Kuya Jim, Julia, Ka Ingga & Gigi. This time Ina, Sean, Piping, Tita Beck, Tito Ting and Tita Rosy were with us. The more the merrier. I enjoyed being the photographer. Messed around with Joey's digi cam's settings. I think I shot a few good ones. Captured great moments that's for sure. EDGEWATER still remains to be the most serene place I've ever been. You forget everything and remember to appreciate who and what you have. Nothing like it. I didn't get enough of the water though. Here are a few pics. (the rest are on my multiply site).

Sorry...I couldn't resist. And I swear...it's addicting. lol.

Kuya finally sent us pics of the clinic. Lookin damn good that's for sure. Mum & Dad are definitely an amazing tandem. Who'dve thought that all those benches, treatment beds and other furniture were made out of junk metal and left over wood. lol. No proof whatsoever that they were on an extremely tight budget. Dad, hooray for the whole building design and carpentry. Mum did a great job with the curtains and upholstery. And I'm sure, knowing Kuya, he was far from being bored with the interior design job. He's a designer at heart. lol. More like a furniture mover. Hahaha! They still are my 3 heroes.

The place looks big, clean and definitely ready for business! lol. Praying so hard that the clinic's approved before Kuya gets home. All the more reason for all of us to be happy.
